PROGRAMMING & PRODUCTION
What's It All About?
Being a part of the P & P team is about providing a foundation where team members can grow together in spiritual maturity and character, while finding a significant means to develop and utilize their gifts and talents. We want to be a ministry based on developing relationships, not only with God, but with each other. A ministry where people can encounter regular care and connection. Our ministry is committed to providing team members with structure, information, care, training, and accountability. We not only strive for technical and creative excellence, but also to attain Christ-like qualities and spiritual formation in our daily lives.
Leading The Charge With Creativity and Community
Programming and Production teams take the lead in creating excellent services, nurturing spiritual growth, and developing personal and team accountability systems for the arts ministries. Each person involved with the Programming and Production leads a gift-specific team of artists such as dramatists, musicians, audio engineers, etc. That leader is responsible for continually casting a compelling vision, as well as developing and shepherding their team. In order to do this, he or she must be committed to continued growth in their personal relationship with Christ, always being sensitive and obedient to the leadings of the Holy Spirit. They must also be willing to be accountable to each member of the P & P team, being open to instruction, evaluation, and correction.
Each leader also participates in the evaluation and production of every service at NRVCC. All in all it's an incredible responsibility with eternal rewards!
